Bridgo provides a platform to send and receive business messages over the WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS, Email, and other channels, along with related tools for automation, contacts, and analytics.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. WhatsApp and third-party platforms

Meta may impose messaging limits, template approval requirements, and quality ratings that affect your ability to send messages. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta on your account or number.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at signup. Messaging fees charged by carriers or Meta may apply in addition to subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and contacts you provide. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Bridgo and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay fees. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bridgo harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
